"The property is new .Rooms are great and toilets are clean and sanitized. Linen is good . Peaceful place very close to the temple would take just three minutes walk. Again no rooms please and then they allocate. Looks like that is the trend across Udupi need to research on this. Just hang around and they allocate you."

Few rooms are very small and congested, Road side rooms are little bigger and lights also properly comes. Bathroom is very neat and clean."
